Since play is fun and a child's natural language, children are able to confront what is bothering them through their play. I practice play therapy, tailored for children ages 3-9, to help children cope with difficult emotions and to find solutions to their own problems.
Parents face challenging issues such as disciplining a child. I teach parents, who feel overwhelmed by their child, how to regain the confidence to lovingly discipline their child by using "Happy Family Rules" and 3-step limit setting.
My office is located in Pflugerville, Texas. My office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00-6:00p.

Currently, I am accepting new clients. I look forward to working with you and your family at your request.
Preadolescents and adolescents sometimes feel ignored or misunderstood. I  practice  therapies such as art, sandplay, and music, the tools by which  they can be heard and understood for the first time. For those who do not know how to verbalize their feelings, these different therapies become very effective in helping them share feelings.
When teaching communities, I provide the following:  Parent Education Workshops for parents, teachers, counselors, and clergy; Play Therapy Seminars for students, teachers, social workers, and counselors; Wellness-Hour Retreats  for the staff of agencies and companies; and Building Private Practice Classes for the budding professional counselor.
Helping children, adolescents, and their families discover a better way of living.
